UX design - and finally your software is fun and generates sales
I support product managers, entrepreneurs and all game changers with their business software. From project start to roll-out.
Or somewhere in between.
What stands between you and software that really works?
- You have a great idea and have to pack it up again. You lack the plan and expertise to stand out from the market with an outstanding user experience.
- Constant requests end up in support because users have difficulties finding their way around. Customers drop out and the team is in a bad mood.
- Your software has grown organically and is complex. Now you have a cumbersome vehicle and are afraid of losing touch with the digital transformation.
-
Workload and output are out of proportion. Your middle name is feedback loop.
- Everyone along the process interprets the specifications differently. There are misunderstandings and shortcomings all the time. The costs are shooting through the roof.
- "Oops, where did this error come from?" UX issues and functional gaps become apparent when using the finished software and produce costly change requests. Ouch.
I promise you
I put the 'fun' in functional design.
I translate what users really need into click prototypes. After thorough analysis, in coordination with the company’s objectives and, of course, at lightning speed. This is how we make your software take off. Smoothly. And we have fun along the road.
Why we should bring joy to you
Utilize joy and increase performance
The key to outstanding performance is not only functionality, but also the experience. This starts as early as the development stage. If you want joy to come out the front, you have to put some in the back. My expertise is not only designing highly functional software, but also creating an environment in which user-friendliness meets enthusiasm. Also at the backend. Sounds good to you?
The secure path to successful business software
Why efficient UX design pays off
There are still people who think UX design is overpriced pixel stuff.
UX design has a lot more to do with strategy and concept than you might think.
That’s what you can expect from my work:
- A deep understanding of the needs of users
- Fewer support requests and the associated costs
- Acceleration of development cycles through early identification of problems
- good reputation for you through positive user experience
- Cost savings by avoiding expensive reworking
- Higher conversion rates through optimized user guidance
- Creating a common language in the team
- Future-proof through continuous adaptation to changing needs
- Last but not least: Happy clients!
Good product design is growth business design.
Your software is what customers primarily perceive about your company.
Your best advertisement! If you neglect the UX/UI, you neglect your customers.
Is that what you really want? No?

How we reach your goal
I bring these building blocks with me and we use them to pave your individual path to a successful product.
No matter which path we take together, my expertise and my inner compass will guide us towards success.
Bottleneck-oriented
Let’s start where we can achieve the greatest benefit.
So, where is your biggest problem? Where will we have the greatest win?
Modular thinking and recycling
Systematic design saves time and money. The concept also offers security for the company and a consistent user experience.
Co:Creation
Together you are less alone and achieve much better results. Why?
People who cooperate joyfully with one another multiply their potential.
The Fanny-way to Success - 6 steps
1 | Understanding the problem
With a first courageous reach into my toolbox, I use design thinking, user research and crisp workshops to find out which areas require attention. We define critical processes and suitable business requirements.
We focus on understanding where your biggest bottleneck is and where your product does not yet meet the needs of the target group.
2 | Create the concept
Let’s move on to developing a solution that your customers will love at any time of day.
We build a roadmap along your business strategy to get from A to B and realize your vision. Ideation processes help me to emphasize the uniqueness of your product while always keeping feasibility in mind. I then move on to modeling the optimal user journey with wireframes and flowcharts, taking devices and the application context into account.
Are you looking for more than regular UX designer?
I am also happy to take on the role of team lead, sparring partner or UX mentor.
3 | Designing the solution
For implementation, I use neurodesign and design the entire user experience with concrete click prototypes, UI and design systems. The result is an easy-to-understand product that is fun to use at all touchpoints and offers direct added value.
The focus is on a uniform look & feel, accessibility, mockups and branded interaction design. From this point on, the product has a real face.
4 | Test the result
To identify functional gaps, I test iteratively right from the design phase. Results-oriented feedback rounds and close coordination with the developers support this process. My interface expertise, usability testing and prototyping from low fidelity to click prototypes are also used here. Now I’m preparing the handover to development.
You work agile with Scrum? Great. Me too.
5 | Launch the product
Now we are in the hot phase and the launch must be carefully prepared. To do this, I coordinate it optimally with marketing and the entire team and define processes for the after-launch. A smooth start requires a trained team and proper documentation. Then there will only be positive surprises and a good reason to celebrate the roll-out.
6 | continuous further development
Continuous development means that every successful software launch is a source of valuable learning. By learning from the market and constantly making improvements to the product, we ensure that we stay ahead. We incorporate feedback on an ongoing basis to meet requirements and expectations. This iterative approach makes it possible to continuously adapt the product to changing needs. It remains relevant and at the same time offers room for innovation.
Writing success stories
I have already left traces of UX here.
Take a look at my portfolio. This is how I have shaped the digital landscape through successful user experience.
eLearning should be fun AND sustainable.
That only works if user can find the content.

about me
Serious Fanny
I like to combine the seemingly paradoxical, am always hungry to learn new things and love conceptual creativity.
That’s my secret for out-of-the-box thinking in the conception and design of digital products for B2C and B2B customers.
The ingredients of my competence cocktail are 9 years of experience as a UX/UI designer (M.A.) and marketing manager. I have already stirred and shaken several projects in this way. Successful, in interdisciplinary and international teams, classic and with Scrum.
My flexible methodological expertise complements my strong design thinking mindset – from the workshop to implementation and documentation, I ensure a customized user experience. Developers and design colleagues appreciate my understanding of IT so that ideas can be implemented before the next redesign.
Is it really a match? I’m ready when you are and I’m really looking forward to getting to know you.

What’s your problem? What role does UX design play in your projects?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Let's talk about money
UX design saves real money. And there is also evidence of this.
The 1-10-100 rule knows:
those who save at the beginning end up paying a hundredfold more in the end.
Invest 1 euro in research, 10 euros in design adjustments
or end up paying 100 euros for software changes.
