My motivation: Making the world a little better every day.
IncluWith me: YOU, efficiency, intellect, heart, and a large dose of fun.
Of course you don't want to buy a pig in a poke. Here you can get to know me before we get to know each other.

My Journey
For me, learning is life. And life only makes sense when theory and practice come together. That’s how I ended up working at the TRIAD agency while I was still studying interaction design at the Weißensee Kunsthochschule Berlin in 2012. In the unit for interactive museum exhibits, I helped design the German Football Museum, among other things.
A master’s degree (in product design,
with a focus on interaction) and a child later, agency life no longer suited me and in 2016 I switched to SAP consulting at status C. In addition to SAP user interfaces, I mainly design marketing here. I appreciated the self-managing entrepreneurial culture, but at some point I had to admit to myself that marketing didn’t fulfill me. My heart beats for software conception and so my journey as a freelance UX designer began in 2021.
I discovered the power of personal development through my client homodea and have been a certified coach since 2023.
Yes, that really is my name
really Fanny
Why I was already a UX/UI designer before my studies
I loved math olympiads. Even if the tasks were far too tricky for me at first. I simply enjoyed puzzling out unusual (arithmetic) paths and getting better and better along the way. There’s no such thing as can’t. Then as now.
Creativity since childhood, coupled with the desire to help people, were further job ingredients.
Eh voilà, there I was in my product design studies with a specialization in interaction design at the Berlin Weißensee School of Art.
That's why I like working in IT teams so much
First of all: Even though this is an “about me” page, I appreciate any form of networking and teamwork. I deeply believe in the power of Co:Creation.
I love working in IT because the tasks here are often
challenging and complex. I love thinking everything through until my brain is glowing warm and cozy.
Sounds strange, but I appreciate this certain nerdiness among IT professionals: the focus here is on the result. Everyone tinkers until the idea can be implemented. I like that.
I don’t care if you wear shorts in winter.
Why it's worth knowing me
I bring my very own cocktail of skills as a UX/UI designer, marketing manager and coach: Good questions are my most important tool and allow me to get to the core and understand in depth.
My marketing know-how helps me to design a user-friendly product and helps you to achieve your business goals.
Good to know: When I’m focused, my forehead crease makes faces that circus performers have to train for a long time. You can practically watch me think and have fun.
My top 3 sources of inspiration
1. my garden
In nature, everything is lean, agile and every cell makes perfect sense. This inspires me to constantly test my concepts and working methods.
2. shadowing
If you don’t know what that means, let me watch you type a Whatsapp. I learn the most when I watch people stumbling with software. This gives me insights that I would never have thought of in my office.
3. others collect stamps, I collect apps and beta access.
New apps magically attract the curious game child in me and I automatically register what has been solved well and what has been solved suboptimally .
This is what I do when things aren't going so well
Let off steam briefly, then take a deep breath and let the coach in me take over. I am a friend of open, honest communication. If there’s something to clarify between us, I’ll speak to you directly.
I always assume that everyone gives their best. Together we look for a constructive solution. I don’t finger point. My tools are 1:1 conversations, retrospectives and coaching methods.
What drives me
I don’t necessarily have to make a dent in the universe like Steve Jobs.
Instead, I’m looking for many small touchpoints that make the world a little better every day.
Irresistible for me
- Learning in any form:
- My novels are specialist literature
- Interesting projects with vision and heart
- good conversations
- smart software
- laughter and good jokes
- the sea: a stiff breeze and the sound of the sea are my superchargers
What you don't get from me
- “Just quickly make it look good.”
- Blunt, obedient repositioning without switching on the head first
- The main thing is to get it done, regardless of whether the quality bar is low or not.
- Endless theoretical lamenting. I prefer testing early with quick and dirty prototypes.
- Pointless or unprepared meetings
- The intricately detailed gradient in the imprint.
- all Scrum or Design Thinking process steps from A-Z just because that’s what it says in the textbook. I pragmatically assemble the methods we need to move forward lean.
my living manifesto
1 + 1 ≥ 3
Co-creation instead of solo endeavors
Does it bring you fulfillment and growth to proudly showcase your plumage, or would you rather take flight in a flock? Let’s treat each other with respect as equals and bring our unique strengths together. We will inspire each other and create a result that no one would have thought is possible.
Actively shaping instead of complaining
My motto: I bring the energy into the room that I’d like to have. Of course I let a bad mood get to me from time to time and I’m not the enlightened Buddha. What is more important is that we keep reminding each other that we have the power to shape our meetings in such a way that co-creation becomes possible.
Honesty instead of being nice
If we gossip, don’t address disagreements and withhold constructive feedback, we don’t give the relationship a chance to grow. This is unfair and leaves us behind our capabilities. Let’s talk straight and grow together.
Taking responsibility instead of being afraid
We are human beings, with everything that makes us who we are: we have great ideas and sometimes fail with our experiments. Let’s see mistakes as an opportunity to grow. Then we dare to think boldly and visionary and show our true greatness.
Substance instead of facade
Do you want to cure symptoms or eliminate causes? Let’s be honest and see what’s really at hand. Let’s look behind the façade, build substance, understand connections and build sustainable systems.
Let’s start questioning. Again and again, deeper and deeper.
Wanting instead of having to
Ignite the fire of your passion, let us work with commitment on our common vision and live full of joy and fulfillment.
Follow the fun!
Wonder instead of being jaded.
Only rational thinking and scientific explanations will get us anywhere? Let us pause for a moment and simply marvel with all our senses. With this attitude, we transform touchpoints into genuine points of connection.
Doing instead of philosophizing
Let’s start, fail, get up, learn, laugh, grow and create together.
Efficiency is my big driver. Let’s think big and then go step by step until we have a feasible solution.
Inspire instead of simply ticking off to-do lists
I don’t do money jobs. I am all in when it comes to my projects. I want to inspire you and get the best out of you and me. I want us to inspire each other. To prevent projects from stretching like old chewing gum, I prefer to work focused and in one go. Then work tastes like freshly picked apples. Crunchy and sweet.

Writing success stories
I have already left traces of UX here.
Take a look at my portfolio. This is how I have shaped the digital landscape through successful user experience.

eLearning should be fun AND sustainable.
That only works if user can find the content.
